Three engagement modes, in the order an engagement usually runs. Most clients start with a diagnostic, move to a build, and stay on for operation. You can enter at any point.

Architecture ReviewStart here
A short, paid diagnostic. We assess an existing or planned AI system, draw the line between the exact and judgment parts, and tell you where it will fail. Delivered as a clear written assessment you own, whether or not you build with us. Usually two to three weeks.
Start a reviewBuild
We build the system: architecture, guardrail engineering, the inference and grounding layer, production hardening, and delivery. A senior team, working in your environment alongside your people. A modernisation engagement is a Build with a different starting point. At the end the system, its tests, and its monitoring are yours.

We operate and assure the system in production: correctness monitoring, drift detection, and the work that keeps it dependable as models and data change. The mode that makes the difference between a system that ran in a demo and one that stays right for years.
Hand it overThe three run in sequence: a Review draws the line, a Build engineers the system, Managed Services keeps it right after launch. But the sequence isn't a requirement. You can bring us in to review a system someone else built, take over the operation of a system already live, or start at the build if you already know what you need. Each mode stands on its own.
