- 01What's an Architecture Review, and why start there?It's a short, paid diagnostic. We assess your AI system, planned or live, draw the line between the exact and judgment parts, and tell you where it will fail. You get a written assessment you own, with no obligation to build with us. It's the lowest-risk way to find out where you stand before any larger commitment.
- 02Do you only work on new systems?No. We work on systems we build from scratch, systems someone else built that you need reviewed or operated, and decades-old estates that need modernising without breaking. The starting point changes; the method doesn't.
- 03What size of organisation do you work with?Both ends. Enterprises modernising large estates, and startups that need AI built right without a full in-house team. What we take on scales to what you need, from consulting through to fully outsourced build and operation.
- 04Are you tied to a particular model or vendor?No. We're framework- and model-agnostic, choosing the right tool per problem. The model can be changed later without rebuilding the system around it.
- 05What do we walk away with?The system, its tests, and its monitoring, all yours, documented well enough for your team to run and extend. We're built to make ourselves unnecessary, not to create dependence.
